The
project is comprised of a low rise medium density
development of approximately 240 three storey
houses and a two storey private clubhouse. The
houses range from 140 row houses, through semi-detatched
houses of 155-160 ,to detatched houses at 175
providing a total GFA of 37,600.
The site is located either side of Kwu Tung Road
on the flood plain of Beas River, and has a total
area of 94,000. The irregular shape of the
site has lead to a free form layout plan based
around a central spinal road, with the majority
of houses enjoying a perimeter location with views
out over the surrounding hills. The architectural
style has been drawn from Mediterranean
and modern European influences.
