Project: Hon Kwok Leighton Centre
LOCATION: 133 Leighton Road, Causeway Bay, HK.
CLIENT: HON KWOK LAND

Located on a prominent corner site, the design of this medium sized high-rise office building aims to articulate the street corner in the treatment of the glass and steel facade.

 
Project: Composite Development at Kwong Yung St., Mongkok
LOCATION: Kwong Yung Street, Mongkok, Kln.
CLIENT: LAND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION

This residential redevelopment consists of a single tower of 25 storeys sitting above a landscaped podium containing recreational facilities for residents, and a two storey commercial centre including accommodation of GIC facilities. A generous open area on street level facilitates an interesting arcade along the most prominent corner of the site. The brief stipulated maximisation of the residential development potential, thus six units per typical floor are proposed, of areas 40-50 each. Two floors of basement carparking are provided.

 
Project: Kwu Tung South
LOCATION: Kwu Tung, Sheung Shui, NT.
CLIENT: SUN HUNG KAI REAL ESTATE AGENCY LTD.

The project is comprised of a low rise medium density development of approximately 240 three storey houses and a two storey private clubhouse. The houses range from 140 row houses, through semi-detatched houses of 155-160 ,to detatched houses at 175 providing a total GFA of 37,600.

The site is located either side of Kwu Tung Road on the flood plain of Beas River, and has a total area of 94,000. The irregular shape of the site has lead to a free form layout plan based around a central spinal road, with the majority of houses enjoying a perimeter location with views out over the surrounding hills. The architectural style has been drawn from Mediterranean and modern European influences.
