residential development consists of four towers of 26
storeys sitting above a landscaped podium containing
recreational facilities for residents of carparking
are provided. The development is designed as 'Yuen Long
Gateway', and a very modern architectural and lifestyle
image was required by the client. The view from approaching
motorists along surrounding motorways was a strong consideration
in the strength of the building forms.

brief aims to maximise the potential of the site
in the development of a large scale residential
complex. This development includes 7 towers averaging
32 storeys each, a 4,300 resident's of clubhouse
with recreational facilities, a commercial centre
and public carpark. Half of the apartments overlook
the central landscaped deck with the clubhouse
atop at the north-western corner creating a landmark
along Siu Lek Yuen Road.
