This
rezoning planning proposal aims at facilitating
a proposed medium-density, environmentally friendly
residential development with conservation objectives.
The master layout plan comprises 15 residential
towers, 133 3-storey houses, large landscaped
open space and a clubhouse. An extensive water
and landscape buffer is also proposed to provide
visual and physical protection for valuable habituate
in the adjacent wetland area from human disturbance.

The
Master Layout Plan covers a total area of 162.5 hectares,
comprising 58 blocks of 14 to 20 storeys residential
blocks (with an approximate GFA of 550,000), two 3-storey
club houses, a primary school, landscape gardens, community
facilities and a large ecological reserve area.
The Scheme has concentrated the development in a smaller
buildable area so as to provide a greater area for the
conservation of fish ponds and to provide a large Ecological
Reserve of about 128ha.

master plan provides an integrated planning, urban
design and movement solutions for the Panyu Trade
Town which covers some 223 hectares of land on
the Panyu east coast. Development proposals include
the comprehensive development of logistic centre,
corporation campus and quality residential development
of a variety of housing forms to accommodate a
population of approximate 30,000 people in a garden
city and holiday resort setting.
