This
large residential development has a plot ratio
of 1.58 providing a total G.F.A. of approximately
1,000,000 ft2, made up of 25 low-rise 6 storey
apartment blocks and 4 medium-rise 12 storey blocks.
A 'suburban' architectural narrative has been
employed to visually integrate the development
with it's surrounding building context. Full clubhouse
and other recreational facilities are provided
for residents.

masterplan in central Beijing covers a site area of
1.23 hectares, stretching approx. 1 km between 2 subway
stations. The brief, to be implemented in 3 stages includes
Grade A & B offices, 3 Hotels, Serviced Apartments
/ mixed use buildings, and a Residential Component.
The total G.F.A. of the development is around 800,000
, with an average Plot Ratio of 6.5. An existing mosque
is preserved, intergrated within a public park area,
and a enclosed pedestrian walkway link is provided the
full length of the site to enhance pedestrian comfort.
