20 storey office tower located on busy Nanjing
Road is a post-modern design, intended to enhance
the character of the world famous Shanghai shoreline.

A
composite design to be implemented in two phases; phase
one consists of an office tower, with Banking halls
and a Stock exchange planned for the podium floors.
Phase two consists of a small hotel with shopping and
conference facilities.
The design brief called for a landmark to maximise this
prominent location, thus this monumental version was
chosen from three schemes.
